Georgia O’Keefe Inspired Flower Paintings:
Kindergarten learned about the artist Georgia O’Keefe and looked at several of her flower paintings. Students then chose their own flower and used contour lines to draw it from observation. Next, they used oil pastels to add details and textures. Finally, students used watercolor to paint a background.
