4th Grade Identity Masks

4th grade students began this unit by exploring the theme of identity.  They were asked to create a mask that is a visual representation of themselves.  By using plaster, paper mache, and mixed media students were able to transform the masks into creative works of art.  The final masks are just as unique as the artists who created them!
